Payment to VIP Travel!
Our office is able to take payment by Visa or credit card in addition to cash and bank transfer. You can pay invoices from us with your visa or credit card by clicking the button below. Paypal is recorded as paid immediately, but takes 7 days are on our account. You can also betle with Western Union as urgent transfer. see more on this down the page.
When using paypal, enter the invoice number or name and then press paypalknappen, and you will automatically be taken on to a secure page at PayPal where you can pay. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. You must enter the amount you will pay. Paypal is a payment card service, and costs 4.5% extra compared to the invoice amount. This will appear as TAX when you have turned into an invoice amount.
After completing the payment, both you and vipreiser receive a receipt email from paypal for payment.

Using Western Union during emergency transfers, so you can only send up to 4,000 Norwegian kroner via the Internet. If you're not paying by Visa or credit card, you can pay your invoice with international transfer to our Thai account. When using online banking as you are told to turn into IBAN number, so you just skip over this, and enter the SWIFT code instead. Transmission is thus normally. The reason for this is that banks in Thailand does not operate with IBAN numbers, but only account number and Swift code. Remember also that the sender must pay fees by transfer, or it will not transfer the same amount as the invoice total! In addition, Thai banks a fee to the recipient at about 600 baht. This must also be added to the transfer, if not already on the invoice from VIP Travel.

When paying by card at our office we take a fee of 2%, as this is something we have to pay to the bank by charging the card. Paid in cash, påbeløpes no fee.
VIP Travel're unable to confirm places until payment is within the Thai account. Regular transfer from abroad usually takes 3-5 working days. Transfer via PayPal takes 7 days, or you can send the urgent transfer through Bank for 24 hours, or Western Union which takes only one hour.
VIP Travel is not responsible for delayed transmission that allows the time limit expires.
