You can now experience the idyll by sailing on the cruise with Colona. A Norwegian-owned boat that takes you in the waters around Phuket, Krabi, Similan Island and surrounding islands in the area.

You live on the boat and have the opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, going ashore on some of the islands are the most beautiful in all of Thailand, and still do not have tourism.

The tours are for 3 nights and 3 and a half day yacht Colona II.

The boat:

Colona II is Norwegian owned and the boat is a sailing yacht at 17.5 meters. It has 4 double cabins, of which 3 for guests. It also has 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers. Inside, air conditioning in the rooms. There's plenty of space to lie in the sun on deck or in the shade under canopies. A large swimming ladder makes it easy to get out of the water when swimming. The boat dive compressor and tanks for scuba diving, and also lots of snorkel equipment. It also has kayaks for loans, and a small dinghy that brings you to and from the country.

Captain:
Owner and Captain Freddy's Storheil who have sailed with Colona around the world and in the last 30 years taking tourists on tours in countries such as Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, India, Burma and the last 15 years in Thailand.

He is the former owner of Colona Divers in Egypt and the Kon Tiki in Thailand.

Crew:

Crew on board consists of a Thai chef, a maid a boatswain and Freddy himself.

Sailing and adventure tours:

This is not a trip that has a very fixed schedule. We want our guests to have a relaxed atmosphere so that we can offer space for the individual. But our form for the trips would look something like this:

Day 1:

You will be picked up at the hotel you live in Phuket or Phang Na around 08:00 and 8:45

The boat goes from Ao Po Marina about 9:30

As you cruise through Phang Na Bay and stop at Koh Roi to explore Hong Cave and swim.

Then there's lunch and the trip goes on to Koh Yah Noi for overnight. You arrive there about 16 - 17:00

Day 2:

Starting with a few hours of sightseeing drive around the island. Watch and learn how the locals live, join in the paddy field, rubber plantation and fishing village. Here you will meet no other tourists at all.

Sail to Koh Hong and spend their time to snorkel or kayak and swim in the ustøkte sandy beaches with awesome views.

Then we proceed to Krabi and the famous Railey Beach where we are promoting at approximately 16 - 17:00

Day 3:

Sail a short trip to Chicken Island to swim and snorkel. Continuing from there to Phi Phi Island, where you can explore Phi Phi and Tonsai Bay Resort early afternoon.

Day 4:

We travel from Phi Phi Island in the morning and sail to Ao Chalong Bay on Phuket.

We arrive here at about 13 - 14:00 and you are transported back to the hotel or airport if you are traveling.

We can take a minimum of 4 guests are paid for or a maximum of 6 guests. Are you less than 4, then we can sail with the number, but we must have a minimum of 4 paying to cover the costs of such a trip.

We want a 50% deposit when ordering. This will not be refunded if the trip is avbestillt under 14 days prior to departure from Phuket.

Colona II can also be chartered for longer trips and private tours. Colona can take trips down to the Burmese islands, Mergui Archipelago off Ranong, or the islands south of Koh Lanta and down to the Malaysian border. Contact us for price and availability.
